Apreo ChemiSEM is an integrated energy spectrum field emission scanning electron microscope. In 2025, Thermo Fisher Scientific will introduce its production line to China to meet customers' demand for purchasing domestically produced high-performance electron microscopes. With China's intelligent manufacturing, it will better serve Chinese customers and enable more researchers to efficiently obtain high-quality EDS/EBSD data.
