Brief Introduction

Instructions for using a hydrocarbon purifier (hydrocarbon remover)

This hydrocarbon purifier is developed in accordance with the requirements and standards of the National Environmental Protection Administration's standard "Determination of Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Fixed Pollution Source Exhaust Gas - Gas Chromatography Method HJ/T38-1999". It has the characteristics of high activity, anti toxicity and thermal stability, high removal efficiency, and long service life, and is suitable for various gas chromatography detectors. Stable and reliable operation, easy to operate, just press the switch, it can run without any supervision or maintenance.

1、 Main technical parameters:

1. Maximum operating temperature ≤ 600 ℃, maximum pressure 0.5MPa

2. Output flow rate: ZKPQT-3 type (0-2000ml/min)

Under the operating conditions of CH40.50-1.0%, O21.1-2.1%, and temperature of 320-370 ℃,

4. The maximum operating temperature of this instrument cannot exceed 400 ℃.

5. The raw gas composition is C2H4O, 40-1.0%, O21.3-3.1%, and can also be used for catalytic combustion of CO under operating conditions of 250-300 ℃, with a reaction temperature of 150-180 ℃

6. Working conditions: Power supply 220V ± 10%, 50Hz ± 5% Relative humidity: ≤ 85%

7. Weight of the whole machine: about 5Kg

IIOperation steps:

1. Preparation work

① System leakage test.

② Connect the device to the chromatographic air system.

③ Connect the power supply of the device.

2. Usage method

① Refer to the instrument user manual for temperature instruments.

② Switch the purification/bypass valve to the purification side. -

③ Adjust the flow rate.

④ After the reactor temperature stabilizes, it is put into normal use.

3. Power on/off operation 3.1 Power on operation

① Adjust the voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise to the end point (at this point, the output voltage is' 0 'volts).

② Connect the power supply of the hydrocarbon removal air purifier.

③ Set control temperature.

④ Adjust the voltage adjustment knob clockwise to achieve an output voltage of 100 volts. 3.2 Shutdown Operation

① Adjust the voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise to the end point (at this point, the output voltage is' 0 'volts).

② The temperature drops to 20 degrees Celsius (TC) and the power of the hydrocarbon removal air purifier is turned off. 7 Precautions: ① Regularly inspect the hydrocarbon removal effect of the device. If the hydrocarbon concentration in the purified air exceeds 4xl (^ Mg/M3), the filling material must be reprocessed or replaced.

② Be careful not to burn the outer shell of the heating furnace.

③ When not in use, please cover the instrument with a cover and block the air inlet and outlet with alkali asbestos.

Inspection of hydrocarbon free air:

Introduce indoor air or air cylinder gas into the hydrocarbon removal air purifier, raise the furnace temperature to 450 500 ° C, and maintain the temperature constant for 2 hours. Then, take the hydrocarbon removal purified air and measure the absence of peaks using GDX-502 column chromatography or other equivalent methods. It is considered as hydrocarbon removal *.

The inspection equipment and conditions are as follows

Chromatograph GC-14B

Gaskuro Pack 54 60/80 (Japan) ID 3.2 X3.1m column temperature 80. The temperature of the C (COLT) injection port is 150 ° C (INJT).

Widely used for blank gas calibration in food grade carbon dioxide detection and environmental air detection
