RPP-9000BThe fully automatic ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer is a new generation of precision experimental instrument developed based on the principle of ultraviolet fluorescence and the fully automatic vertical sampling method, combined with computer technology. The total sulfur content in the sample was rapidly determined by UV fluorescence method.

Adopting high-precision surface mounted integrated circuits to collect, control, and process data, real-time monitoring and warning of data at various points; Using a mass flow meter to control gas flow and pressure, the gas flow rate is stable, accurate, and without fluctuations.

Adopting a vertical injection method and a 19 position or 156 position turntable automatic injection system, the sample is automatically detected. During the sample testing process, users can add new samples at any time according to their needs, expanding the number of detection bits of the sampler.

2、 Basic principles

After the sample is introduced into the high-temperature cracking furnace, it undergoes oxidative cracking, and the sulfides in it are quantitatively converted into sulfur dioxide(SO2)The reaction gas is carried by the carrier gas and dehydrated by a membrane dryer before entering the reaction chamber. In the reaction chamber, sulfur dioxide is converted into an excited state of sulfur dioxide after being irradiated with ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength(S02*)When S02*When transitioning to the ground state, photons are emitted, and the photoelectron signal is received by a photomultiplier tube, amplified by an amplifier, and processed by a computer to be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of light

Under certain conditions, the fluorescence intensity generated in the reaction is proportional to the amount of sulfur dioxide produced, and the amount of sulfur dioxide is proportional to the total sulfur content in the sample. Therefore, the total sulfur content in the sample can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity. Before analyzing the sample, use a standard sample that is close to the sample to create a calibration curve. Then, analyze the sample under the same conditions. The program automatically calculates the sulfur content of the sample based on the calibration curve of the standard sample.
