Fully automatic chemiluminescence nitrogen analyzerAfter the sample is introduced into a high-temperature cracking furnace, it undergoes gasification and oxidative cracking at a high temperature of around 1050 ℃, where the nitrogen compounds are quantitatively converted into nitric oxide (NO). The reaction gas is carried by the carrier gas and enters the reaction chamber after being dehydrated by a membrane dryer. In the reaction chamber, NO reacts with O3 gas from the ozone generator and is converted into excited state NO ₂ *. When the excited state of NO ₂ * transitions to the ground state, photons are emitted. The light signal is detected and received by a photomultiplier tube at a specific wavelength, and then amplified by a microcurrent amplifier and processed by a computer to convert it into an electrical signal proportional to the light intensity, thereby determining the total nitrogen content in the sample.
