  Fully automatic microcoulometric titratorIt is a precision instrument based on microcoulometry analysis (also known as electroanalysis), mainly used to measure specific substances (such as sulfur, chlorine, nitrogen, oxygen, etc.) in trace or small amounts in samples, widely used in petrochemical, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, food and other fields. The core principle is to produce a titrant through electrolysis and react with the substance to be tested, and calculate the content of the substance based on the consumed electricity. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong automation, and accurate results.
The workflow of the fully automatic microcoulometric titrator:
1. Sample pretreatment: Convert the elements to be tested in the sample into ions that can react with the titrant through combustion, cracking, and other methods, and introduce them into the reaction tank.
2. Electrolytic titration: An electrolyte containing a titrant precursor is pre added to the reaction cell, and the tested ions react with the titrant to reduce its concentration.
3. Potential monitoring and electrolytic compensation: The instrument monitors changes in titrant concentration through indicator electrodes. When the concentration deviates from the set value, the electrolytic electrode is activated to electrolyze and produce titrant until the concentration returns to equilibrium.
4. Result calculation: Record the total amount of electricity consumed during the electrolysis process, and automatically calculate the content of the substance to be tested according to Faraday's law.
