  Microcoulometric chlorine analyzeranalytical method

Microcoulometry, also known as dynamic coulombic analysis, is an electrochemical analysis method that uses electronic technology to automatically adjust the potential and current during the measurement process based on changes in the concentration of the analyte, rather than being constant.
  Microcoulometric chlorine analyzerAnalysis principle:
1. A point signal is generated between the indicator electrode and the reference electrode, which is connected in reverse series with the applied voltage and input to the amplifier. When the two potential values are equal, they cancel each other out due to opposite directions. The input signal of the amplifier is zero, and the output signal is also zero. There is no current passing between the working electrodes,Microcoulometric chlorine analyzerIn a state of equilibrium;
2. When the analyte enters the titration cell and reacts with the titrant, the concentration of the titrant changes, indicating a change in the electrode position and a difference from the applied bias voltage. The amplifier then outputs a signal, which is amplified and applied to the working electrode to cause current to flow through the titration cell. Electrolysis occurs on the working electrode, producing the titrant. This process continues until the analyte reacts and the titrant concentration returns to its initial state. The electrolysis process ends and the instrument returns to balance.
3. Result calculation: By integrating the current with time, the consumed light can be obtained, and the content of the measured substance can be measured.
