Pointer type particle strength testerProduct Introduction:
This instrument is composed of elastic components and transmission gears. The principle of measurement is Hooke's law - within the elastic limit, the elongation of the elastic element is proportional to the magnitude of the force applied. The elongation is converted into reading by the rotation of the pointer on the dial marked with a scale through the transmission of gears and racks. The instrument is used to determine the polymerization strength of fertilizers, drugs, fruits, and grains.
Instrument usage instructions:
1. When not powered on, do not rotate the handwheel clockwise casually to apply force to the force rod in contact with the sample plate, in order to avoid damaging the sensor due to overload.
At the end of the experiment, attention should also be paid to keeping the force rod away from the sample tray and confirming that it is in a non stressed state before turning off the power.
Before measuring the strength of the sample, the sample tray should be cleaned, the sample tray and the strong column at the center of the tray should be placed, and then the reset button should be pressed. The internal data will be automatically restored until the number displays 00.0.
When the force exceeds 500N, the handwheel should be rotated counterclockwise in a timely manner to separate the force rod from the sample and end the experiment.
During the experiment, when the particles have been subjected to force, the handwheel should be rotated as slowly as possible to minimize the rate of force increase, which can ensure measurement accuracy. For example, the actual strength of a sample's particles is 50N, while the rate of force increase is relatively high, assuming 10N/second. Since the A/D sampling frequency of this instrument is about 5 times/second, the instrument may measure around 48N. If it is reduced to 1N/second, the corresponding measured value will be around 49.8N.
During the experiment, when rotating the handwheel clockwise, it is not allowed to suddenly rotate it counterclockwise to reduce the force (except for over range alarm), otherwise the instrument will misjudge that the sample has been broken and lock the invalid value.
Normal testing and application of instruments:
1. Prepare for testing, turn on the power switch, and the instrument enters the testing state, displaying 0.0.
2. Place the sample in the center of the testing table, press the start button, the motor will start working, the pressure rod will move downwards, the power light will flash, the instrument will display the current test number, and the pressure column will slowly press downwards until the tested sample is broken. Instantly, the motor moves in reverse (upward), and the instrument displays the sample crushing strength multiplied by the maximum value. The test is over, prepare for the next test.
3. The reset button of the automatic particle strength tester. Press the reset button to zero the current measurement value, display 0.0, and clear the memory data. The next measurement will start from number 1 and the push rod will be raised a certain distance. If the push rod is too low at the beginning, you can keep pressing the reset button until the push rod is raised to the appropriate position.
4. Printing key for automatic particle strength tester. Press the print button to print out the test results. Print several test results and display the serial number. Not installing a micro printer does not affect the instrument display (selected).
