Crude oil dehydrator is an important equipment used to remove water and salt from crude oil, in order to improve the quality and processing efficiency of crude oil. The equipment is used to quickly remove water from crude oil and prepare low water content oil samples. Its core function is to achieve oil-water separation through electric field, heating or mechanical action, ensuring that the water content of crude oil is below 0.3%, to meet the needs of crude oil evaluation, oil analysis and subsequent processing.
Mainly based on electric demulsification technology, small water droplets suspended in oil are polarized using non-uniform high-frequency pulse strong electric fields. The polarized small water droplets move vigorously in the high-frequency electric field, combine with each other to form large water droplets, and accelerate sedimentation under gravity to achieve oil-water separation. At the same time, adding a demulsifier can reduce the strength of the emulsion film, and increasing the oil temperature can reduce the viscous resistance of crude oil, thereby improving the dehydration effect.
Electric field effect:
Water containing crude oil polarizes water particles (polar molecules) in a high-voltage electric field, forming dipoles. Adjacent water particles attract each other due to the difference of electric charges, weaken the oil-water interface facial mask, promote the water particles to coalesce into large water droplets, and settle under the action of electric field force and gravity.
Dehydration: It can process crude oil with a water content of less than 50% and a water content of less than 0.3%, meeting the requirements of crude oil evaluation and oil analysis.
Automation control: equipped with PLC control system, LED display or LCD screen, supporting parameter setting, fault alarm and automatic protection functions (such as leakage, short circuit, over temperature protection).
Corrosion resistance and easy maintenance: Key components such as oil-water separators and dehydration tanks are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperatures, easy to clean, and suitable for different crude oil properties. For example, the temperature control range of the dehydration tank of the multifunctional crude oil dehydrator can reach room temperature to 300 ℃, which is suitable for heavy oil and saline crude oil.
Safety protection: Sealed high-voltage lines, automatic high-voltage cut-off, and leakage protection design ensure safe operation..
