The kinematic viscosity tester is mainly used to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (such as lubricating oil, diesel, jet fuel, etc.) at a specific temperature, in centimeters (mm ²/s). Its core function is to measure the flow characteristics of liquid in laminar flow state through a constant temperature control system and capillary counter current method. Its core principle is to measure the time for the liquid to pass through the calibrated capillary at a constant temperature, and calculate the viscosity value by combining the capillary constant. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry, power industry, and scientific research field.

Capillary viscometer: a set of glass capillaries with different inner diameters (such as 0.4mm to 4.0mm) used to adapt to liquids with different viscosity ranges.
Constant temperature control system: using digital PID temperature control technology, the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 0.01 ℃, ensuring temperature stability.
Sensor and timing unit: High precision sensor detects liquid flow, timing unit records flow time, with an error of ≤± 0.01 seconds.
