  Particle strength meterIt is a new type of instrument that uses advanced sensing and measurement technology to achieve digital display This instrument has the advantages of small size, direct reading of measurement values, high accuracy, and easy use. It is an ideal new generation testing instrument for determining the strength of samples such as fertilizers, drugs, catalysts, and particles.

The parameter settings of the particle strength meter can be made at any time, and the data will take effect immediately. The steps are as follows:
1. Insert the ten core ribbon cable from the small board into the printing port of the tester circuit board. If it is a serial type small board, also insert the two core power cable into the two core power port next to the printing port.
2. Turn on the power of the tester and insert the settings board into the computer's USB port or serial port.
3. Open the upper computer settings program, single click to select a serial port, double-click to search for the serial port again. By default, connect to a USB serial port. If there is no USB serial port, connect * serial ports. These two keys are mainly used to read out the setting values, modify the setting values, and write them to the FLASH on the instrument board, which will not be lost when power is turned off.

1. Range: The maximum test value of the instrument, at which point the pressure rod will not continue to be pushed and will reverse.
2. Calibration weight: The weight of the weight displayed when the data stabilizes during calibration, which is used internally by the instrument to calculate the full-scale sampling value.
3. Sensitivity: Divided into 1-9 levels, the larger the value, the more sensitive it is, and the measured value decreases. When the value is small, it is not sensitive to breakage, and the measured value will be larger.
4. Language: The language used for printing and outputting.
5. Current AD value of the instrument: displays internal sampling values, with some fluctuations that are normal and can be used to determine which part of the instrument is faulty. At zero, this part cannot display 0 or very small values, usually around 1000.
6. Full scale AD value: The full scale sampling value calculated based on the zero point and calibrated sampling value.
