1. Optimization and adjustment of water injection position, demulsifier injection position, and backwash position
Practice has proven that the different positions of water injection and demulsifier injection have subtle effects on the desalination efficiency and operational stability of the entire electric desalination unit. The electric desalination water injection adopts a step-by-step reinjection mode, while paying attention to the necessary optimization and adjustment of the demulsifier injection position according to the changes in crude oil properties and the different demulsifier types selected, such as oil solubility or water solubility. In addition, to ensure the backwashing effect of the electric desalination tank and prevent fluctuations in the oil-water interface caused by backwashing, an independent backwashing system is added and backwashing operation is carried out using desalinated cut water.
2. InElectric desalination test deviceAdding a thermal settling tank in advance can effectively settle some impurities and even sediment in the crude oil, which is equivalent to increasing the settling time of the crude oil and reducing the direct impact of changes in crude oil properties on the primary electric desalination tank. In addition, it is also possible to consider adding a desalination wastewater settling tank according to the actual situation, increasing the oil-water settling time to ensure water quality and environmental protection indicators, and strictly controlling the oil content indicators of desalination wastewater.
3. The electric desalination process should be able to freely adjust between "parallel process" and "series process" according to the processing load of the device and changes in crude oil properties. For example, under low load conditions, according to the actual situation of this device, local parallel operation can be changed to series operation, which can correspondingly improve the desalination effect and enhance the operational flexibility of the device.
4. The process heat exchange network of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit needs to be optimized and adjusted as a whole, with the goal of ensuring that the electric desalination temperature of each stage of crude oil can meet the requirements for processing heavy crude oil. This also includes ensuring the water temperature of each stage of water injection in the heat exchange process.
