Fluorescence sulfur analyzerUsing the principle of ultraviolet fluorescence method, when the sample is introduced into a high-temperature cracking furnace, the sample undergoes cracking oxidation reaction, and the sulfides are quantitatively converted into sulfur dioxide, which is carried by the carrier gas and dehydrated by a membrane dryer before entering the reaction chamber. The sulfur dioxide absorbs the energy of ultraviolet light and transforms into excited sulfur dioxide (SO2 *). When SO2 * returns to the stable state of sulfur dioxide, it emits fluorescence, and the released energy is received by a photomultiplier tube. After amplification by a microcurrent amplifier and computer data processing, the luminescence intensity in the reaction is proportional to the amount of sulfur dioxide generated, and the amount of sulfur dioxide is proportional to the total sulfur content in the sample. Therefore, the total sulfur content in the sample can be determined by measuring the luminescence intensity. The entire reaction process can be expressed as follows: S-R+O2 → SO2+SO3+CO2+H2O+ROS SO2+h γ → SO2 * → SO2+h γ.

1、 There is no display when turning on the power switch, and the fan does not turn
Socket without power: Check if there is power on the socket.
Fuse open circuit: Replace the fuse.
2、 The thermostat display is abnormal, not heating up, overheating
Temperature controller broken, thermocouple broken, solid-state relay broken, fuse broken; After inspection and confirmation, the corresponding equipment can be replaced.
3、 The indicator light for the light source is not on
Solid state relay and motherboard are damaged; Just replace it.
4、 Not out of peak
No light source: Check the air circuit and power supply.
Photomultiplier tube without negative high voltage: Check the negative high voltage source.
Leakage: Check the air circuit.
Damaged photomultiplier tube: Replace the photomultiplier tube.
