The microcomputer salt content analyzer adoptsUnique (...)The designed titration cell uses a specially made ceramic sand core to replace the original ion membrane, avoiding data drift caused by membrane damage. This instrument is widely used for the determination of salt content in crude oil, heavy oil, residual oil, various industrial water and discharge water, as well as for the determination of inorganic chloride ions in the above-mentioned samples.
The instrument consists of a computer, a host, a titration cell, a stirrer, etc. The microcomputer salt content analyzer uses a stable artificial sand core instead of an ion exchange membrane to indicate the endpoint by potential. Cl - in the sample to be tested reacts with Ag+in the electrolyte, and the salt content in the sample is calculated by calculating the consumed electricity. Provide a stable power system to prevent electrical interference.
Debugging steps for microcomputer salt content analyzer:
1. Turn on the computer, the main unit of the salt content analyzer, and the power supply of the mixer.
2. Rinse the salt electrolysis cell with electrolyte and inject the electrolyte after rinsing. Place it on the mixer and adjust the mixing speed to make the mixer rotate smoothly. (Do not rev too fast), and connect the electrode connection wire.
3. Open the application software on the desktop, click on the "Salt Content Tester" icon, and connect the host and computer.
4. Test the bias voltage, click on the "Bias" icon (Bias Measurement and Setting) in the toolbar, and the "Bias Measurement and Setting" dialog box will pop up. Click the "Start Measurement" button, and the instrument will automatically collect the bias voltage of the electrolytic cell. After the bias voltage stabilizes, click the "OK" button to complete the measurement of the electrolytic cell bias voltage.
5. Reduce the bias voltage, click on the bias voltage, and reduce it by 3 times (up to 5 times) on the basis of the original bias voltage. After the bias voltage stabilizes, click OK, and so on until it reaches the desired value.
6. After the conversion system of the microcomputer salt content analyzer is debugged, analyze the conversion system with a standard sample: After the baseline is stable, click the "Start" button or press the shortcut key "Enter". The name of the "Start" button will change to "Integrating", and the sample can be injected.
