Microbial Clean LaboratoryIt is a laboratory dedicated to microbial research, with highly purified environments that can control particulate matter, chemical substances, and microbial pollution in the air.
Microbial Clean LaboratoryKey points of design and management:
Design points:
Airflow pattern design: It should meet the requirements of air cleanliness level. When the requirement for air cleanliness level is 1-4, vertical unidirectional flow should be used. The opening and closing of the air supply, return, and exhaust systems should be interlocked.
Structural unit design: including control of parameters such as noise, temperature and humidity, fresh air volume, pressure difference, power distribution, and illumination. For example, the noise should be ≤ 50dB, ensuring that the fresh air supply per person per hour in the clean room is not less than 40m ³, and the pressure difference between the clean and non clean areas should not be less than 5Pa.
Material selection: The texture of the floor and walls should be smooth and hard, and the display of instruments and equipment should be simple and easy to clean.
Management points:
Environmental management: Properly manage the entry and exit of personnel and various items in the laboratory. It is strictly prohibited to fold various cloth dressings or bring personal belongings, books, newspapers, etc. into the laboratory.
Monitoring and management: Regularly sample the air and equipment surfaces for bacterial cultivation, and detect temperature and humidity. All cleaning work must be wiped with a damp cloth during the operation of the purification system.
Equipment management: Establish maintenance logs and assign dedicated personnel to carry out maintenance work. The air cleanliness monitoring adopts the "multi-point control sampling" detection method.
