Report content introduction:
QSense dissipative quartz crystal microbalance is a product of Baoolin Technology Co., Ltd. in Sweden, which can provide data on multiple frequencies and dissipation factors simultaneously. It can be used to determine the quality of thin adsorption layers and simultaneously provide structural information such as viscoelasticity. This technology can study the molecular interactions and adsorption of molecules, nanoparticles, and cells on various types of surfaces, as well as detect the structural changes of molecules and the dynamic processes of adsorption and desorption.
This technology can cover the vast majority of research fields such as energy, chemistry, environmental science, materials science, and life science, such as ion insertion/extraction, catalysis/corrosion, biocompatibility of polymer materials, surface analysis of biomaterials, protein interactions, research on polymer single/multi-layer membranes, membrane surface adsorption/desorption, preparation and modification evaluation of water treatment membranes, microbial and cell surface adsorption, polymer swelling/structural changes, and more.
This report will systematically elaborate on the innovative applications of QSense QCM-D technology in electrochemical research:
Firstly, the principle of dissipative quartz crystal microbalance and QSense electrochemical module are introduced;
Secondly, through typical case analysis, the application of QCM-D in multiple aspects of electrochemistry will be demonstrated;
Finally, we will communicate and share the issues that everyone has encountered during use.

Applied Scientist at Sweden Biolink Technology Co., Ltd
Dr. Liu Peng graduated from Zhejiang University in 2012. During his doctoral studies, he mainly engaged in the preparation of biomaterials and their applications at the cellular level. After graduating with a PhD, I worked as a research and development manager and technical manager at multiple instrument companies. Currently, I am an application scientist at Sweden's Biolink Technology Co., Ltd. My main focus is to explain the various applications of dissipative quartz crystal microbalances to users with different industry foundations and academic backgrounds, and provide corresponding solutions to meet their research needs.
