How does the Aino safety tester safeguard the safety of operators?
Date: 2025-12-08Read: 31

In the field of electronic and electrical testing, risks such as high voltage and overcurrent always threaten the safety of operators. As an industry product, the Aino safety tester constructs a comprehensive protection design through circuits, structures, and software, creating a safety barrier without blind spots, making high-voltage testing work both accurate, efficient, and safe and reliable.

Hardware protection is the first line of defense for security protection. The Aino safety tester adopts a multi-level protection mechanism in circuit design, with a fast fuse and overcurrent protection circuit connected in series at the high-voltage output end. When the AC withstand voltage test current exceeds 200mA or the DC withstand voltage test exceeds 100mA, the fuse can quickly melt within 5ms, and the relay immediately cuts off the high-voltage output. The overvoltage protection circuit is monitored in real-time through precision voltage transformers. When the voltage deviation exceeds the set value of ± 5%, it automatically adjusts the output turns ratio to stabilize the voltage and avoid overload risks. The structural design also emphasizes safety, and the body is made of reinforced insulation materials with a surface resistivity greater than 10 ^ 10 Ω. The insulation resistance between the test terminals and the shell reaches 10 ^ 12 Ω, which can withstand 5kVAC withstand voltage testing and effectively isolate electric shock hazards.
Intelligent interlocking devices build the second level of safety assurance. The Aino AN9651H and other models are equipped with a dual interlocking mechanism. The instrument only starts high voltage output when the test fixture is closed and the operator is away from the testing area. Once the interlocking device is triggered, the high voltage is immediately cut off and an audible and visual alarm is issued. The instrument panel is equipped with prominent high-voltage warning lights that display the working status in real time. At the same time, it is equipped with an emergency stop button that can instantly cut off all output circuits when pressed, providing a quick response channel for emergencies. The grounding monitoring function is more effective in avoiding risks from the source. When the grounding resistance is greater than 100m Ω, the instrument will be prohibited from starting the test to ensure the safety of the working environment.
Software intelligent monitoring forms the third layer of protection network. The intelligent system equipped on the tester has a three-level response mechanism, which monitors the temperature, current and other parameters of the high-voltage module in real time. When abnormal, it triggers the alarm, pause and lock functions in sequence. The multi-level permission management system divides operators into administrators, operators, and viewers, restricts parameter modification permissions, and prevents security threshold changes caused by misoperation. The fault self diagnosis function automatically detects the status of key components after startup, locks the testing function immediately upon discovering a fault, and displays a code to avoid running with damage. Some models also have a voltage ramp up function, with a gentle boost process of 0.1-5 seconds to prevent instantaneous high voltage surges and protect the tested equipment and operators.
Standardized operational guidelines further strengthen the safety defense line. Aino explicitly requires that operators must undergo professional training and be authorized to work, and must wear insulated gloves during operation. It is prohibited to wear metal jewelry. The testing area needs to be equipped with physical isolation barriers and 'high voltage danger' warning signs, implementing a two person operation principle to ensure one person supervises the emergency. The disconnection of the circuit must be carried out after cutting off the power supply. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to touch the live parts and the tested load shell to eliminate risks from the operation process.
From physical isolation of hardware to intelligent warning of software, from mechanical interlocking to operational standards, the Aino safety tester builds a full cycle security protection system with a triple protection system. These designs not only comply with the requirements of IEC and GB series standards, but also integrate the concept of 'safety first' into every technical detail, allowing operators to work with peace of mind in high-voltage testing scenarios, and safeguarding the safety and efficiency of industrial production.
