GPT-15000 is a safety analyzer that complies with IEC 61010-2-034 (Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use - Special requirements for insulation resistance measuring equipment and withstand voltage testing equipment). In addition, safety considerations also include dual insulation of input and output voltages, safety output/warning mechanisms, and post test discharge mechanisms to ensure safety during user operation.

High precision and high-resolution testing performance

The GPT-15000 series provides withstand voltage testing voltage (AC 5kV/DC 6kV), 1V step adjustment, and current measurement resolution of up to 1 μ A (ACW)/0.1 μ A (DCW), meeting the measurement of small leakage current of the tested object. The voltage setting range for insulation resistance testing is from 50V (DC) to 1200V (DC), and the resistance measurement resolution can reach 0.1 M Ω. The entire series provides conduction testing function, with a 100mA DC (fixed) test source and a measurement resolution of 0.01 Ω, used to detect whether the tested equipment is correctly grounded. For grounding testing, GPT-15004 provides 8V ac (open circuit) and 3A~32A ac current. Through these functions, users can conduct various security tests and verifications to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

Scan&Multi Step Automatic Testing

The GPT-15000 series has a scanning function that displays a curve graph of the DUT test results. Record test readings point by point based on the applied test voltage or current and relevant settings (such as initial voltage, rise time, test time, or fall time). After the test is completed, users can move the cursor position to understand the results of the applied energy (voltage or current) and measurement parameters at a specific time point, helping users understand the changes in measurement parameters (current or resistance) during the testing process. This function can also be used to determine the critical faults of the tested device. In terms of automatic testing functionality, each automatic test has an additional 10 manual testing items, and all related settings and result judgments are presented in tabular form.
