Asphalt rutting meterIt is a specialized testing equipment used to determine the resistance of asphalt mixtures to rutting deformation under specified temperature and load conditions, and is widely used in the field of road engineering.
Asphalt rutting meterUsage:
Mechanical installation: Remove the fixing bolts between the rack and the bottom plate of the packaging box, place the instrument on a flat test position, and level it. Remove the shock absorber block and fixing rope under the grinding wheel, and fix the displacement sensor in the sensor slot.
Cable connection: Install I/O cables, displacement sensors, and main cables according to the schematic diagram of the electrical control box and computer rear panel.
Test preparation: Open the application system interface and the power supply of the electrical control box, set the test standards, and turn on the temperature control button. After the temperature inside the constant temperature chamber remains constant, install the test mold and lock it. Adjust the position of the displacement sensor up and down to display the displacement within the appropriate range and lock the displacement sensor. After the temperature stabilizes again, click on the test wheel adjustment to return the test wheel to its original position.
Start experiment: Click the start/stop button to start the experiment, and the data will be automatically displayed after the experiment is completed. Execute the save as file operation to enter the path and file name, set the print settings in the system settings menu, and click print output test report in the file menu.
Structural characteristics:
Thermostatic box: Adopting external circulation heating method, the heating source is connected to the thermostatic box through a pipeline to form thermal dynamic balance, making the temperature field more uniform. The temperature control adopts PWM modulation method, which can simultaneously control the temperature of the water in the immersion rutting test water tank and the ambient temperature inside the constant temperature box, ensuring no temperature drift during long-term testing.
Mechanical structure: Adopting a wheel drive method, the mechanical structure is the same as that of foreign products, and the test data is closer to the actual situation. The thickness range of the test mold during the experiment is 0-100mm, which does not need to be adjusted to meet the requirements of rutting tests on different road surfaces.
Test wheel pressure: can be appropriately increased to meet different experimental requirements. Some equipment is equipped with dual test wheels, which can simultaneously perform immersion or non immersion rutting tests on two test molds.
