Double flange level transmitter is currently a widely used level measuring instrument. Due to the requirements of the process flow and sometimes for economic reasons such as saving pressure pipe materials, double flange level transmitters are often installed in sites with harsh working conditions. The correct installation of level gauges and pressure pipes directly affects the degree of measurement.
To achieve a good installation, the following precautions should be taken:
1. Prevent direct contact between the transmitter and corrosive or overheated test media;
2. To prevent the deposition of debris in the pressure pipe;
3. The pressure conduit should be as short as possible;
4. The liquid column pressure head inside the pressure guiding pipes on both sides should be kept balanced;
5. The pressure conduit should be installed in a location with low temperature gradient and humidity fluctuations, and no impact or vibration.
