Scope of application: This manual is applicable to the usage specifications of constant temperature and humidity test chambers.

Responsibilities: Operators are responsible for daily maintenance, maintenance personnel are responsible for regular maintenance and troubleshooting, and equipment administrators are responsible for recording and archiving.

Attention: This device cannot be used for experiments on flammable and explosive materials, highly corrosive products, etc.

2、 Daily maintenance (performed daily)

Cleaning inspection:

1After stopping the machine, wipe the surface of the machine with a dry and dust-free cloth to clean any remaining contaminants on the machine surface and inside the box.

2Running status monitoring:

3Before starting up, check if the power supply voltage is stable (in accordance with the rated voltage of the equipment, usually220 V）.

4During operation, observe whether the machine's heating, cooling, and humidity are normal, whether the temperature and humidity display is stable, whether the fan is running, and whether the laboratory environment temperature is below28℃。

3、 Regular maintenance:

Quarterly maintenance:

1Check if each component of the equipment is functioning properly.

2Is there any abnormal noise from the circulating motor.

3Clean the dust on the surface of the condenser fan to ensure good fan heating effect of the machine.

4Check if the cooling, heating, and humidity of the machine are normal.

5Clean the water tank, drain the water from the tank and refill it with water.

4、 Fault handling process:

1If the device malfunctions, immediately disconnect the power and hang the "Do Not Operate" message ”Identification.

2Preliminary investigation: The operator checks whether the electrodes are short circuited If the power supply is normal and cannot be determined, notify the maintenance personnel.

3Specialized maintenance: After cutting off the power, check the condition of each component one by one.

4Record and archive: Detailed record of fault symptoms, handling methods, replacement part models and time, and store in equipment archives.
