1. Preparation work: inspection+arrangement
confirmExplosion proof atmospheric samplerThe appearance is undamaged and the explosion-proof markings are clear (meeting the requirements of the explosion-proof level);
Check that the battery is fully charged (or connected to a compliant power source), the filter membrane and sampling tube are installed properly and unobstructed;
Choose a sampling area with good ventilation and no open flames, and avoid flammable and explosive environments.
2. Parameter settings: Simply adjust 3 items in place
After turning on, press the "Mode" button to select the sampling type (such as "fixed-point sampling" or "continuous sampling");
Set the sampling flow rate (usually 0.1-1L/min, adjusted according to the detection standard) and sampling time through the numerical keys;
After confirming that the parameters are correct, press the "Confirm" button to save.
3. Start sampling: one click operation
Align the sampling tube inlet with the sampling direction (away from the pollution source discharge outlet directly below);
Press the "Start" button, the sampler starts working, and observe that the display screen data is stable (flow and time count normally).
4. Sampling: Simple inspection
No need for dedicated personnel to be on duty, check every 10-15 minutes: the sampler has no abnormal noise, no air leakage, and no parameter drift;
If there is a flow fluctuation, promptly check whether the sampling tube is blocked, clean it, and restart it.
5. Ending work: Closing and recording
After the sampling time is up, the sampler automatically stops and the power is cut off by pressing the "shutdown" button;
Remove the filter membrane and sampling tube, seal and store them, and mark them properly (sampling time, location, parameters);
Clean the air inlet of the sampler and store it in a dry, ventilated, and explosion-proof area.
