Over the years, Langsheng Company has sold numerous XRF analysis instruments in order to provide better technical support and maintenance.

1. Service Items

(A) Langsheng Company provides after-sales service for its products within its scope.

(B) Langsheng Company provides a one-year warranty period for the mainframe of Langsheng Company's products within its scope.

(C) Provide a one-year warranty for X-ray tubes and detectors.

(D) All repaired instruments are provided with a one-year warranty for the same component issue after replacement.

2. The following physical damages are not covered by warranty.

(A) The instrument is subjected to a large impact force, causing the impact sensor inside the machine to change from white to red;

(B) : Detector damaged;

(C) PDA damage;

(D) The instrument casing is damaged;

(E) Attachment lost;

(F) : Missing components;

(G) : Instrument water ingress;
