Its core function is to evaluate the leakage risk of electrical equipment, ensure the safety of personnel electric shock and the stable operation of equipment. It is widely used in electrical safety testing, product quality certification, industrial equipment maintenance and other fields.
Application Scenario:
1. Household appliance testing: such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc., to detect the safety of current leakage during use and ensure consumer safety.
2. Industrial equipment safety assessment: Conduct contact current testing on high-power equipment such as motors and transformers to ensure safe operation in high current environments.
3. Electronic consumer goods testing: Small electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets are tested for current leakage that meets international standards to ensure user safety.

1. Ensure instrument grounding: Before use, the grounding terminal of the instrument must be reliably grounded to avoid measurement errors or electric shock risks caused by the instrument's own leakage.
2. Choose a suitable resistor: Choose a simulated resistor based on the testing standards and object, otherwise it may cause measurement distortion.
3. Avoid overload testing: Do not use the instrument on equipment that exceeds its rated voltage/current (such as high-voltage motors), and first confirm the voltage level of the test object.
4. Regular calibration: It is recommended to send it to a third-party metrology institution for calibration every year to ensure that the measurement accuracy meets the standard requirements and avoid misjudgment caused by instrument drift.
5. Environmental requirements: Avoid using in damp (relative humidity>85%), high temperature (>40 ℃), or strong electromagnetic interference environments to avoid affecting the stability of the instrument.
