After the Spring Festival, snow falls on the land of China, signifying the auspicious the Year of the Loong. Thanks to the support of our customers and our own efforts, Suzhou Huaweina has achieved some meaningful results in 2023, promoting its development. Several representative achievements are as follows:
Successfully delivered the new generation of laser direct writing equipment to new customers such as Harbin Engineering University;
2. Promoted cutting-edge research among existing customers and made remarkable progress:
(i) Our company's new generation laser direct writing equipment has assisted Beihang University in developing a new PUF (physically non replicable) anti-counterfeiting system composed of random fractal network identifiers and deep learning recognition verification models. It has uniqueness and unpredictability, and can be used as a "fingerprint" key for goods to fundamentally prevent label forgery. This achievement has obtained a national invention patent (ZL202210476096.3), and the paper was published in "Nature"·Published in Nature Communications 2023, 14:2185.
(ii) Assisted the National Nanotechnology Center, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in developing a laser-induced strain two-dimensional semiconductor material single photon source, which solved the problem of achieving high brightness, high stability, and excellent monochromaticity simultaneously, providing a new approach for the design and manufacturing of single photon sources. This research achievement has been applied for a national invention patent, and the paper was published on the sisters magazine of "Cell", "Matter 7,1-11".
(iii) Assisted the National Nanotechnology Center, Qingdao University, Southern University of Science and Technology, and others in developing a laser-induced physical self-organization preparation method for sub 20 nanometer metal nanoparticles, solving the problem of controllable preparation of nanoparticles. The achievement obtained a national invention patent (ZL201810846308.6), and the paper was published in Nano Research (2023, 16:13358-13365).
(IV) Using our company's new generation laser direct writing equipment, Jiangsu University and others have studied the method of laser controlled bandgap of two-dimensional materials, achieving semiconductor polarity change of two-dimensional materials and rectification function of devices at both ends. The research results have been published in Nanoscale (2023, 15, 9297-9303).
