Multimodal optical imaging systems, as a type of optical "molecular ruler", have wide applications in the interaction of biological analysis, immune analysis, nucleic acid detection, and other fields. The system utilizes high-precision and high-speed optical components, combined with high-level software systems, to achieve research on neural activity such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer, optical brain functional imaging, and optogenetic point surface functional stimulation. The metabolic signals of neural activity function are processed through image processing and presented in intuitive image form for rapid FRET change detection, detection of cell dynamics research, and arbitrary point programmed light stimulation. The system integrates multimodal optical imaging/stimulation systems together, providing researchers with an experimental platform.
