Ametek fans have been widely used in fields such as medical equipment, communication cabinets, new energy vehicles, industrial automation, and clean room ventilation due to their advantages of high efficiency, long lifespan, low noise, and intelligent control. It abandons the traditional carbon brush structure and achieves continuous operation through electronic commutation, significantly improving reliability. The performance energy of Ametek wind turbines comes from the collaborative design of multiple precision functional modules.
1、 Brushless DC motor
It is composed of a magnetic rotor and a stator winding, and the rotor position is detected in real time by a Hall sensor or a sensorless algorithm. With the help of a driving circuit, the current direction is accurately switched to achieve spark free and wear free operation. The efficiency is over 80%, and the lifespan can reach 30000-50000 hours, far exceeding that of brushed fans.
2、 Intelligent Drive Control Board
Integrated MCU and power MOSFET, supporting PWM speed regulation, 0-10V analog signal or Modbus communication control; Equipped with overcurrent, overheating, and stalling protection functions; Some models support FG (speed feedback) and ALARM (fault alarm) signal output, which facilitates system integration and status monitoring.
3、 High performance impeller
Adopting engineering plastics (such as PBT+30% fiberglass) or aluminum alloy integrated injection molding/die casting, optimizing blade angle and curvature through CFD fluid simulation, achieving high air volume, low turbulence, and low noise (typical value<40dB (A)); The dynamic balance accuracy reaches G2.5 level, ensuring smooth high-speed operation.
4、 Shell and bearing system
Shell: mostly made of flame-retardant UL94-V0 grade engineering plastic or aluminum alloy, with both electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation functions;
Bearings: The mainstream use double ball bearings (with a lifespan of over 50000 hours) or high-precision oil containing bearings (low cost, suitable for medium and low loads) to ensure axial stability and impact resistance.
5、 Protection and Interface Design
Protection level up to IP54/IP55, dustproof and splash proof, suitable for industrial environments;
The power interface comes standard with a 3-pin/4-pin aviation plug or terminal block, compatible with 12V/24V/48VDC input;
Optional anti reverse valve, filter screen or installation flange to meet diverse installation needs.
