Laboratory box furnaceIt is a heating device widely used in fields such as chemical analysis, materials science, manufacturing processes, etc. Its core function is to provide a controllable high-temperature environment for materials and samples.
Laboratory box furnaceUsually composed of the following core components:
Furnace structure
Shell: Made of welded steel plates, providing structural support and protection. Some models are equipped with a double-layer shell design to enhance thermal insulation performance.
Furnace: Made of high-temperature resistant materials such as quartz, ceramics, and high-purity alumina polycrystalline fibers, it can withstand high temperature environments ranging from hundreds to 1700 ℃. For example, the box type high-temperature experimental furnace of Luoyang Boliante Experimental Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. adopts a high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber furnace, with a maximum working temperature of 1700 ℃.
Heating element: distributed on both sides or bottom of the furnace, commonly using silicon carbon rods, silicon molybdenum rods, or resistance wires, which convert electrical energy into thermal energy. Silicon molybdenum rod components have the characteristic of resistance not changing over time, and new and old components can be mixed for use.
Control panel: Integrated temperature controller, display screen, and operation buttons, supporting temperature setting, program editing, and real-time monitoring.
auxiliary system
Temperature control system: adopting PID intelligent temperature control technology, real-time monitoring of temperature through thermocouples, combined with zero crossing triggering or phase angle control to adjust heating power, achieving a constant temperature accuracy of ± 1 ℃. Some models support multi zone temperature control, allowing for independent adjustment of heating elements in different zones.
Cooling system: Integrated forced air cooling and circulating water cooling dual modes, improving cooling efficiency and shortening experimental cycles through airflow circulation channels and filtering devices.
Safety protection device: equipped with over temperature alarm, leakage protection, emergency stop button and other functions to ensure safe operation. For example, the box type high-temperature experimental furnace is equipped with over temperature, leakage, overload, and short-circuit protection alarm functions.
