Three jaw micrometer(Three Claw Inside Micrometer) is a measuring tool that uses the principle of spiral pairs to rotate the tower shaped Archimedean spiral or move the cone, causing the three measuring claws to undergo radial displacement, thereby achieving high-precision readings of the inner hole size.
Three jaw micrometerCore features:
Three-point contact structure
Three measuring claws move radially synchronously to form a self centering effect, significantly improving measurement accuracy, especially suitable for precision inner hole measurement of small and medium-sized diameters (50-300mm), including blind holes, through holes, and deep holes.
Double helix feed system
Coarse adjustment knob: Quickly send the measuring claw to the vicinity of the hole wall to shorten the operation time.
Fine tuning differential cylinder: The feed is controlled by a high-precision 0.01mm/0.001mm screw to ensure accurate final measurement values.
modular design
Detachable measuring claws: Replace measuring claws of different specifications according to the size of the inner hole, with a range covering 3mm-150mm (some models up to 600mm).
Extended measuring rod: up to 300mm in length, with a chrome plated and rust resistant surface, suitable for deep hole workpieces such as engine cylinder blocks and bearing seats.
Wear resistance and protective performance
Hard alloy measuring surface: enhances wear resistance and extends service life.
IP65 dustproof and waterproof design: The connection between the probe and the measuring rod is sealed to resist the invasion of cutting fluid and iron filings, and is suitable for environments with high dust and oil pollution.
