The core security mechanism of the full spectrum direct reading ICP spectrometer covers multiple key aspects
Date: 2025-09-24Read: 3
The core safety mechanism of the full spectrum direct reading ICP spectrometer covers multiple key aspects, aiming to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, the health of operators, and the safety of the experimental environment. The following is a detailed explanation of its core security design:
1. Electrical safety protection
Electromagnetic field radiation control: The instrument optimizes the design and shielding structure of the RF generator to reduce electromagnetic field leakage to a low level. For example, the electric field strength at a distance of 30cm from the chassis should be controlled at<10V/m, and the magnetic field strength should be below 0.2A/m, effectively avoiding interference or potential harm of high-frequency electromagnetic waves to peripheral devices.
Power closed-loop automatic control: using self-excited oscillation circuit combined with power feedback system, real-time monitoring and adjustment of output power to ensure the stability of energy input and prevent electrical faults or component damage caused by overload.
Grounding protection and insulation design: The equipment requires a grounding resistance of less than 10 ohms, and key components such as copper output coils are equipped with PTFE jackets to improve insulation performance and reduce the risk of electric shock.
2. Safety of gas management system for full spectrum direct reading ICP spectrometer
Argon multi-channel independent regulation: The injection system divides the working gas into three channels: plasma gas, auxiliary gas, and carrier gas, each equipped with a precision flowmeter and pressure gauge. For example, the plasma gas flow rate range is 0.0-20.0L/min, and the carrier gas stabilizing valve supports 0-0.4MPa adjustment to ensure precise and controllable gas supply and avoid safety hazards caused by pressure fluctuations.
Low consumption sealing structure: the design of double cylindrical spray chamber and coaxial spray not only improves the atomization efficiency, but also reduces the argon escape through closed circuit, reducing the risk of inert gas accumulation in the laboratory.
3. Temperature control and cooling system guarantee
Monitoring of circulating water cooling device: The cooling system is forced to use deionized water with a resistivity greater than 1M Ω, with a constant water temperature of 20-25 ℃ and a flow rate exceeding 7L/min. This design can efficiently remove heat and prevent scale from clogging pipelines or corroding components through high water quality standards.
Thermostatic light chamber isolation technology: Optical components are placed in a sealed and temperature stable environment to avoid optical path deviation or material thermal stress damage caused by temperature differences, while preventing external moisture from entering and affecting detection accuracy.
4. Mechanical protection and structural optimization
Leak proof sealing process: The combination of three concentric quartz rectangular tubes and vacuum chamber technology forms multiple physical barriers, which not only suppress the overflow of harmful gases but also resist the entry of external pollutants into the analysis area.
Seismic and shock absorption design: Key modules such as spectrometers are fixed in a solid-state manner, combined with a low vibration pump structure, to ensure optical alignment stability under long-term operation and reduce the probability of failure caused by mechanical looseness.
5. Intelligent monitoring and emergency response of full spectrum direct reading ICP spectrometer
Real time parameter diagnosis: Built in sensors continuously track temperature, pressure, flow rate and other indicators. Once the threshold is exceeded, an audible and visual alarm is triggered, and the specific abnormal location is prompted through the software interface for quick troubleshooting.
Automatic fault protection protocol: When abnormal working conditions are detected, the system can automatically execute preset safety procedures, including cutting off high-frequency power, closing gas valves, or starting pressure relief programs to minimize the degree of accident damage.
6. Guidance on operating standards
Human computer interaction warning function: The control panel integrates clear operation guidelines and status indicator lights, such as reminders for cabinet doors not closed and countdown displays for maintenance cycles, to help users intuitively identify potential risk points.
Permission grading management: Set different levels of access permissions through password protection, restrict unauthorized personnel from modifying key parameters, and prevent security issues caused by misoperation from the source.
