The gantry type image measuring instrument is a non-contact precision measuring device based on optical imaging and computer processing technology. It adopts a gantry structure (consisting of a base, crossbeam, and column), combined with high-resolution optical system and automation control technology, and can effectively complete the two-dimensional or three-dimensional size measurement tasks of large-sized workpieces. It is widely used in precision manufacturing, aerospace, automotive parts, electronics industry and other fields.
The gantry type image measuring instrument is a high-precision optical measuring device, mainly used for accurate measurement of the size, shape, position, and angle of various workpieces. It captures images of workpieces through high-resolution cameras and analyzes them using computer software to achieve non-contact measurement, avoiding physical damage to precision or vulnerable workpieces.
The gantry structure provides a large working area (such as 1000mm × 800mm), which can accommodate workpieces that are difficult to measure with traditional equipment, such as automotive parts, aerospace components, and large sheet metal parts. For example, in shipbuilding, long structural components can be measured in sections and assembled to obtain complete dimensional data.
Equipped with high-resolution CCD/CMOS cameras (such as 1.3 million pixels) and precision optical systems, the positioning accuracy can reach micrometer level (≤ 3 μ m+L/200, L is the measured length unit in mm), meeting the strict requirements of precision manufacturing for quality control.
By using optical imaging technology to avoid physical damage that may be caused by contact measurement, it is particularly suitable for the detection of precision workpieces (such as optical glass, semiconductor components) and vulnerable materials (such as thin-walled sheet metal parts).
Support geometric measurement (points, lines, circles, arcs, etc.), geometric tolerance measurement (straightness, roundness, parallelism, etc.), coordinate system conversion, report generation (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.), and CAD drawing import and export to meet complex measurement requirements.
Measurement function
Geometric measurement: It can accurately measure the size and position of geometric elements such as points, lines, circles, arcs, ellipses, angles, etc., such as center coordinates, radius, diameter, hole spacing, etc.
Geometric tolerance evaluation: capable of evaluating geometric tolerances such as straightness, roundness, contour, parallelism, perpendicularity, etc., to meet the accuracy testing requirements of workpieces.
Special measuring tools: equipped with special tools such as R-angle, slot, and profile ratio, which can quickly measure workpieces of specific shapes.
