Fire damper installation: It needs to be installed at the inlet of the heat medium, with the valve stem facing upwards, and manual shut-off valves and bypass pipes installed at the front and back.
Mining equipment: requires pouring cement foundation, fixing with galvanized bolts, and adjusting the height difference of the gasket when connecting the shaft.
Method for adjusting the limit of the air valve actuator:
1、 Manually adjust the limit
Positioning limit bolt:
Single acting actuator: Find the limit bolt at the bottom or side and rotate it to adjust the fully closed/fully open position of the valve.
Double acting actuator: It is necessary to adjust the fully open and fully closed limit bolts separately, similar to the principle of single acting.
Calibration itinerary:
Manually operate the valve to the target position (such as 90 °), fix it with limit bolts, and ensure that the pointer is aligned with the dial.
2、 Electric actuator limit debugging
Potentiometer adjustment:
After closing the valve, turn the potentiometer shaft counterclockwise to the terminal position and tighten the gear screw; Adjust the opening indicator to align the mark with the pointer when fully open.
Signal feedback verification:
During the power on test, observe whether the indicator light (red light on for full on, green light on for full off) and buzzer feedback are accurate.
3、 Automated calibration
Positioner signal calibration:
Input a 4-20mA signal and adjust the zero/range of the locator to ensure that the minimum signal corresponds to fully closed and the maximum signal corresponds to fully open.
Travel limit adjustment:
Set precise opening degrees (such as 18 °, 90 °) through micro switches or angle switches (such as 5-speed adjustment).
