The 3100 laboratory grinding mill is a hammer type cyclone mill placed in a soundproof layer. It has an air flow regulator to control the speed of the sample entering the metal grinding body. The hard steel hammer rotates at high speed to force the sample to be crushed, and it passes through the stainless steel sieve plate with the air and enters the sample collection container.

The self-cleaning cyclone separates small and uniform samples from air inside the cyclone and collects them in a stainless steel container that is easy to pick up. The air flow causes the grinding body to automatically clean, and there is generally no need to clean the instrument when crushing another sample.

The sieve plate 3100 experimental mill is equipped with a standard 0.8mm sieve plate, and its crushed samples are suitable for testing requirements such as drop number, gluten quantity and quality determination system, near-infrared analysis, Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, Soxhlet extraction, etc. Additionally, there are 0.5-2.0mm sieve plates available.

The optional 3170 feeder is equipped with a motor-driven rubber impeller, which can ensure uniform feeding and help improve the grinding of high moisture grains, shelled grains such as barley, oats, and rice, as well as the feeding of coarse materials.
