1、 Daily maintenance (before and after daily use)
Clean the appearance of the equipment: Use a clean soft cloth to wipe the body and door sealing rubber rings, remove dust and powder residue, and avoid aging and adhesion of the sealing rubber rings.
Check the sealing of the cabin door: After closing the cabin door, confirm that the sealing is good and there is no air leakage; If there are stains on the rubber ring, gently wipe it with anhydrous ethanol to maintain elasticity.
Cleaning the condensation chamber: After each use, wait for the frost layer in the condensation chamber to melt, drain the condensation water, dry off the residual moisture inside, and prevent the growth of bacteria.
2、 Regular maintenance (adjusted according to usage frequency every 1-3 months)
Replace vacuum pump oil: Remove the old oil from the vacuum pump and add specialized vacuum pump oil of the same model to the scale line to avoid oil quality deterioration affecting the vacuum degree (if the oil color turns black or cloudy, it needs to be replaced immediately).
Clean the filter:Four ring drug freeze dryerDisassemble the intake filter and exhaust filter, blow them in reverse with compressed air or rinse them with clean water (install after drying), and replace them with new ones directly if they are severely clogged.
Check the pipeline connections: Check if the vacuum and refrigeration pipeline interfaces are loose and if there are any leaks; If interface leakage is found, tighten or replace the sealing gasket in a timely manner.
3、 Long term shutdown maintenance (not used for more than 15 days)
Thoroughly clean: Use anhydrous ethanol to wipe the interior of the cabin and shelves, remove residual drugs, and ensure that there are no impurities inside the equipment.
Vacuum protection: Start the vacuum pump and run it for 3-5 minutes to remove moisture from the pipeline. Close the valve and maintain a slight negative pressure in the cabin to prevent moisture from affecting the components.
Power and gas outage: Turn off the main power and gas supply of the equipment, cover it with a dust cover, and place it in a dry and ventilated environment.
4、 Maintain key taboos
Do not use sharp tools to scratch the cabin, shelves, or sealing gaskets to avoid damaging the components.
Power off operation is necessary during maintenance to prevent electric shock; When refueling the vacuum pump, it is forbidden to exceed the scale line to avoid oil leakage.
