1、 Mixing related issues

Imbalance and deviation during the movement of the agitator

Reason analysis: Improper center position of the agitator, excessive speed increase, inappropriate container selection, etc.

Solution: Ensure that the container and mixer are in the center of the platform, slowly increase the mixing speed, and choose a suitable mixing container.

Stirring without stirring

Reason analysis: Program settings were overlooked.

Solution: Recheck and set the mixing shaft program.

2、 Temperature display issue

Reason analysis: The temperature probe was not properly connected.

Solution: Ensure that the temperature probe is properly connected, or reinsert the temperature probe before the mixer is running normally.

3、 Abnormal state of mixed substance

Reason analysis: Improper position of the mixing shaft.

Solution: Move the beaker slightly to align the centerline of the stirring shaft with the lead hammer.

4、 Automatic power on/off issue

Cause analysis: Loose power plug.

Solution: Shut down and check if the power plug is damaged to ensure proper connection.

5、 Medication related issues

Reason analysis: medication bracket offset.

Solution: Rotate the dosing bracket horizontally at a 45 degree angle to a reasonable position and refill the medication.

6、 Mechanical malfunction

Drive belt breakage

Cause analysis: The drive belt may break due to long-term use or overload.

Solution: Replace the drive belt with a new one and check the load condition of the mixer.

Stirring blade stuck

Cause analysis: The mixing blades are stuck by foreign objects or the mixing shaft is bent or broken.

Solution: Remove foreign objects, check the damage of the mixing blades and mixing shaft, and replace them with new ones if necessary.

7、 Electrical malfunction

Power connection issue

Cause analysis: Damaged power cord, loose plug, or poor socket contact.

Solution: Replace the power cord, re plug the plug, or replace the socket.

Switch or button malfunction

Cause analysis: The switch or button is damaged due to frequent use, or there is poor internal contact.

Solution: Replace the switch or button with the same model, or clean and adjust the internal contact points of the switch.

8、 Overheating protection issue

Solution: Turn off the power and wait for the motor to cool down before restarting. It is recommended to use it for no more than 10 minutes each time and continue using it after a few minutes.

9、 Maintenance and upkeep issues

Insufficient lubricating oil

Cause analysis: Insufficient lubricating oil leads to increased wear of the mixer components.

Solution: Based on the frequency of use and working environment, it is generally recommended to replace the lubricating oil every 3-6 months.

Unstable installation of equipment

Cause analysis: The unstable installation of the equipment resulted in vibration and noise during the working process.

Solution: Check if the installation foundation of the mixer is firm and if the anchor bolts are loose. If the installation foundation is not firm, it should be reinforced again; If the anchor bolts become loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner.
