Pre oxidation furnace

Pre oxidation furnace is a specialized heating furnace in the carbon fiber spinning evaluation line, which is divided into two parts: preheating chamber and oxidation furnace. Pass the air through an adjustable flow meter and quantitatively enter the preheating chamber for preheating. Fill the preheating chamber with high-temperature materials to make the incoming air more dispersed and the heating more uniform. The preheated air passes through the gas distribution plate and uniformly enters the oxidation furnace, allowing the oxidized material to undergo sufficient oxidation with the air inside the oxidation furnace.

Preheating temperature: from room temperature to250 ℃ adjustable, with a maximum working temperature of 400 ℃. Mainly used for laboratory oxidation experiments on materials.

High pressure perspective reactor

High pressure perspective reaction vessels are widely used in production-oriented users such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food, and various scientific research experimental projects. They are containers used to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation. Solution centrifugal spinning machine

The centrifugal melting non-woven fabric testing machine consists of a screw, a screw heater, a spraying component, and a rotating disc. The polymer is heated inside the screw, melted, and extruded to form a melt. The melt enters the metering pump through the screw, which is pressurized and then sprayed into the rotating disc through the spraying component. Under centrifugal action, the rotating disc is thrown out along the channel of the centrifugal disc and cooled by ambient temperature to form nanofibers. The device is long75 centimeters, 100 centimeters wide, 160 centimeters high, with a maximum centrifugation speed of up to 3000 RPM.
