2023year10In mid month, Wuxi XY Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. placed an order with our company for a customized set of equipment - a methanol oxidation to formaldehyde unit. The production was completed and packaged for shipment. The equipment started production this year and took a long time to complete8During the month, after multiple communications, the drawings were finalized, procurement, production, and testing were carried out. The customer completed the acceptance inspection in October, disassembled the various components of the equipment, and packaged them for shipment.

This device occupies an area of approximately6Meters long,3Meters wide,2High in height. There is a ladder installed on the back platform, and feeding needs to be done from the back up to the second level platform. Before shipment, the production personnel are still making some final adjustments to the equipment, such as handling the interface of the reaction vessel.

Due to the complexity of this customized equipment, there are many pipeline connections, and multiple adjustments have been made after the drawing was made. The pipeline details are different from the initial design, and the transportation process requires disassembling each component, packaging them separately, and reassembling them at the location requested by the customer. All personnel responsible for installation before dismantling took photos of the key parts of the equipment to prevent errors during on-site installation.
