The oil ammonia column forming experimental device adopts the principle of pneumatic pulse control extrusion, and uses precision adjustment of the extrusion valve to extrude uniformly quality colloids. Then, the colloids are formed into balls by surface tension in the oil, neutralized and solidified in ammonia water (oil ammonia column forming) or solidified by oil temperature (oil column forming), and finally filtered, cleaned, and calcined into finished products.
