1. Filtering unit

The filtration unit mainly consists of three stages of filtration kettles. The three-stage filtration kettle can be used independently, and each filtration kettle is equipped with an independent heating and temperature control device, which can melt and filter the raw materials.

The three filtering kettles are all independently operated, and the filtering level can be selected according to the experimental needs. It can filter only one level or three levels, and the usage method is convenient and flexible.

2. Aggregation unit

The polymerization unit mainly consists of a reaction kettle, a stirring device, and a heating and temperature control device. The raw materials filtered in the previous unit need to be fully heated and stirred in this unit to complete polymerization, so that the raw materials meet the requirements of spinning raw materials.

3. Spinning unit

The spinning unit mainly consists of a spinning kettle, a heating and temperature control device, and a yarn collection device. Put the raw materials required for composite spinning that have been filtered and polymerized in the first two units into the spinning machine, melt them by heating, and extrude fine fibers from the spinneret. Collect them through the collection device.

Working principle of spinning unit

Using a high-temperature cast copper heating ring to heat and melt the polymer, a compressed protective gas is continuously, quantitatively, and uniformly extruded from the capillary pores of the spinneret to form a liquid fine stream, which forms primary fibers under the condensation effect of air.
