Operation and usage instructions for high-speed freeze centrifuge

1. Open itHigh speed freeze centrifugePower switch, enter standby mode.

2. Choose the appropriate rotor: During centrifugation, the liquid in the centrifuge tube should not exceed 2/3 of the total capacity, otherwise the liquid is prone to overflow; Before and after use, attention should be paid to whether there is any residual liquid leakage inside the rotary head, and it should be kept dry. When converting the rotor, attention should be paid to ensuring that the centrifuge shaft and the rotor are securely fastened. The balance error of the centrifuge tube should be within 0.1 grams.

3. Select centrifugation parameters:

① Press the temperature setting button, then use the number keys to set the centrifugal temperature, and press Enter to confirm.

② Press the speed setting button to switch between RPM/RCF settings, use the numeric keys to set the centrifugal speed, and press Enter to confirm.

③ Press the rotary head setting button, then use the number keys to set the rotary head model, and press Enter to confirm.

④ Press the time setting button, then use the number keys to set the centrifugation time, and press Enter to confirm.

⑤ The brake or acceleration speed of the centrifuge is generally set between 0 and 4, and should not be adjusted frequently.

4. Place the balanced centrifuge tube symmetrically into the rotor. Close the swivel cover and tighten the screws.

5. Press the centrifuge cover door. If the cover door is not securely closed, the centrifuge will not start.

6. Press the START button to start centrifugation. After starting the centrifugation process, it is necessary to wait until the centrifugation speed reaches the set speed before leaving. If any abnormalities are found in the centrifuge (such as significant vibration or loud noise caused by imbalance), the STOP button should be pressed immediately. If necessary, the power switch should be pressed to cut off the power, stop the centrifugation, and identify the cause.

7. If any malfunction is found in the machine, please promptly contact the relevant personnel.

8. After use, please clean the rotor and centrifuge chamber, and do not close the centrifuge cover to facilitate moisture evaporation.

9. After use, it is necessary to register and indicate the usage status.
