Date: 2024-01-16Read: 3
  1. Control dust concentration: Strengthen the sealing of equipment to prevent dust from flying out, equip appropriate suction and dust removal devices, clean and eliminate dust accumulation in a timely manner.

  2. Fire sources are strictly prohibited in the no fire area: Strictly implement the no smoking and fireworks system in the factory area. When open flame operations are required in the prohibited area, follow the safety production management system and take necessary protective measures before operation.

  3. Preventing metal objects from falling into equipment: The workshop cleaning section must be equipped with sufficient magnetic separation equipment, regularly cleaned and inspected to prevent metal objects from falling into high-speed equipment and causing sparks. Regularly check the tightness of the connecting components to prevent them from falling off or causing the transmission components to deviate, resulting in friction heating and sparks.

  4. Explosion proof lighting equipment is selected for workshops and warehouses.

  5. For equipment that is prone to static electricity, protective grounding should be used to eliminate static electricity.

  6. Pay attention to the open environment and set up ventilation, explosion-proof vents, etc.

  7. Equip with personal protective equipment: Employees are required to wear dust masks, replace filter surfaces in a timely manner, and strictly implement the system of not working without wearing dust masks. At the same time, pay attention to personal hygiene and conduct occupational disease examinations. Employees must undergo health checks before, during, and before leaving their posts, and establish occupational disease monitoring and health records for employees. If it is found that someone is not suitable for working with dust, they should be promptly removed from the dust receiving position.

  8. Strengthen physical exercise: Ensure a strong and healthy body, enhance one's immunity.
