According to the national requirements and suggestions for promoting green production and protecting the ecological environment in enterprises, closed coal sheds have become the primary choice for many enterprises. The environmental characteristics of coal storage yards are usually characterized by large site spans, good enclosure, and frequent loading and unloading, belt transportation, and material retrieval operations within the site. Due to the combustible nature of coal powder itself, it poses a certain degree of danger in a closed environment, and is prone to safety hazards such as dust accumulation and concentration increase, harmful gases generated after coal powder oxidation leading to explosion accidents, and spontaneous combustion caused by internal temperature increase in coal piles. Our company has developed and customized a closed coal phase safety monitoring system to address the safety hazards present in the enclosed coal sheds mentioned above.
