Supply product: DFM/TS dust concentration detector

Project Introduction: Shijiazhuang Dongya Electronics has installed a DFM/TS dust concentration detector for the laboratory of the School of Metallurgy and Ecological Engineering at Beijing University of Science and Technology, to detect the real-time concentration of experimental waste gas dust in the laboratory.

The history of the School of Metallurgy and Ecological Engineering at Beijing University of Science and Technology can be traced back to the establishment of the Mining and Metallurgy Department at Beiyang University in 1895. The college currently offers two undergraduate majors, Metallurgical Engineering and Ecology. The key scientific research base of the National Cutural Heritage Administration for the study of metal and mining and metallurgy cultural heritage relies on the construction of the college. The college is affiliated with the Ironmaking Branch, Steelmaking Branch, Metallurgical Process Physics and Chemistry Branch of the Chinese Society of Metals, and the Metal History Branch of the Chinese Society for the History of Science and Technology. The safety manager of the School of Metallurgy and Ecological Engineering at Beijing University of Science and Technology has contacted Shijiazhuang Dongya Electronics. The college laboratory generates a large amount of experimental waste gas during the experimental process, and the higher the concentration of dust contained in the experimental waste gas, the more dangerous it is. The technical personnel recommended the DFM/TS dust concentration detector based on the safety requirements of the customer's laboratory experiments.

The DFM/TS dust concentration detector is used to continuously record the total amount or concentration of dust particles. When the experimental exhaust gas dust concentration reaches the set value, it will activate the dust exceeding emission alarm. The laboratory and its related personnel can take timely measures to prevent safety accidents.

The School of Metallurgy and Ecological Engineering at Beijing University of Science and Technology has reported that the application of dust concentration detectors is good, and has stated that it will be promoted to other college laboratories for use.
