Fuji FSC Ultrasonic Usage Process

1. Confirm the on-site pipeline: It is required that the medium is fully filled, the medium is uniform, and there are no impurities or bubbles. There are sufficient straight pipe sections, requirements*Last 5And stay away from the pump valve outlet.
2. Sensors are required to be installed on both sides of the pipeline, and vertical pipelines require an upward flow direction.
3. Measure the outer circumference with a tape measure, then divide by 3.14Calculate the outer diameterAt the same time, measure the wall thickness of the pipeline. If there is a lining, it is required to set the lining material and thickness.
4. Using the host settings, calculate the installation distance as follows:

（1）Press MENU on the main screenThen press ENT to enter the address settings, move the cursor to 2: Install Settings Press ENT to enter
（2）In terms of outer diameter sizeEnter the outer diameter below; Select pipeline material, enter wall thickness, select unlined lining, then press the right arrow to flip to the second page for setting; Choose water as the medium and V as the probe installation method; choose FSSC as the probe type, and the transmission voltage can be selected between 40 or 80. Press the 'decide' button to display the probe installation distance on the host.
5Adjust the installation distance of the probe: Loosen the fixing screw on the probe and move it left and right. Adjust the distance between the two opposite sides to the installation distance of the probe, and then tighten the screw. The probe surface has MMScale dial.
6According to the installation distance, polish the installation location of the probe on the surface of the pipeline, and remove the rust and surface anti-corrosion layer.
7Apply coupling agent to the surface of the probe,
8Use installation straps to tie the probe to the pipeline, screw the probe in, and make the probe surface contact the pipeline. Be careful not to apply too much force
9Connect the host and probe, ESCYou can reply to the main screen, read the traffic, and refer to the manual for other details.
