How to maintain Roboz ultrasonic cleaning machine
Date: 2025-07-15Read: 24
Roboz Ultrasonic Cleaning MachineThe maintenance of the system needs to be carried out from five aspects: daily cleaning, component replacement, performance calibration, safety protection, and long-term maintenance. The specific operations are as follows:
1、 Daily cleaning and basic maintenance
Cleaning of sink and rotor
Operation method: Use a mild cleaning agent (such as neutral detergent) and a soft cloth to wipe the inner wall of the sink and the surface of the rotor, avoiding the use of hard brushes or steel wire balls to prevent scratching.
Frequency: Clean after each use. If there is a lot of cleaning solution residue or high viscosity substances are cleaned, the cleaning frequency needs to be increased.
Purpose: To prevent residual hardening from blocking pipelines or affecting ultrasonic transmission efficiency.
Cleaning tank and storage tank cleaning
Operation method: Regularly discharge waste liquid, rinse the inside of the tank with clean water, and dry it with a soft cloth. For stubborn stains, specialized cleaning agents can be used to soak and scrub them.
Frequency: Clean at least once a week or adjust according to usage intensity.
Case: A laboratory failed to clean the liquid storage tank in a timely manner, resulting in the accumulation of dirt and affecting the vibration of the transducer, ultimately leading to equipment failure.
2、 Key component replacement and inspection
Filter replacement
Operation method: Regularly replace the filter screen according to the blockage situation. It is generally recommended to replace it every 3-6 months. When replacing, turn off the power, open the filter cover, remove the old filter and install a new one.
Attention: Choose a filter that matches the device model to avoid using inferior products that may cause a decrease in filtration efficiency.
Seal inspection
Operation method: Regularly check whether the seals (such as O-rings) at the sink and pipeline connections are aging, cracking, or deformed. If any problems are found, they need to be replaced in a timely manner.
Frequency: Check once every quarter or immediately upon discovering water leakage during use.
Risk: Damaged seals may cause liquid leakage, damage electronic components of equipment, or pose safety hazards.
3、 Performance calibration and testing
Ultrasonic power calibration
Operation method: Contact professional technicians to use calibration instruments to detect and adjust the ultrasonic power, ensuring that its output is stable and meets equipment specifications.
Frequency: Calibrate at least once a year, or when the cleaning effect decreases during use.
Importance: Insufficient power can affect cleaning efficiency, while excessive power may damage cleaning items or equipment.
Insulation performance test
Operation method: A professional electrician uses an insulation resistance tester to test the insulation performance of the equipment, ensuring that the grounding wire is well connected and there is no leakage phenomenon.
Frequency: Test once every six months, or immediately test if abnormal heating or leakage is found during use.
Standard: The insulation resistance should not be lower than the specified value of the equipment (usually above 1M Ω).
4、 Safety protection and operating standards
Power system maintenance
Operation method: Regularly check whether the power lines, plugs, and sockets are damaged, aged, or loose. If any problems are found, they need to be replaced or repaired immediately.
Caution: Avoid using equipment in damp environments to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Operational safety regulations
Prohibited items:
It is strictly prohibited to start without cleaning solution to prevent damage to the transducer during no-load operation.
It is strictly prohibited to hit the bottom of the cleaning tank with heavy objects to avoid damage to the energy converter chip.
It is strictly prohibited to insert or unplug the power plug during equipment operation to prevent arc burns.
Emergency response: If the equipment emits abnormal noise, odor, or smoke, immediately shut down and cut off the power supply, and contact professional personnel for maintenance.
5、 Long term storage and maintenance
Storage environment requirements
Condition: The equipment should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and non corrosive gas environment, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature baking.
Temperature range: It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-40 ℃ and a humidity not exceeding 80%.
Long term disuse maintenance
Operation Method:
Drain the cleaning solution, rinse the inside of the equipment with clean water and dry it.
Turn off the power, unplug the plug, and cover the device with a dust cover.
Regularly (every 1-2 months) start the equipment and run it for 10-15 minutes to prevent parts from rusting or sticking.
Case: Due to long-term non use and lack of maintenance of ultrasonic cleaning machines in a certain hospital, the internal components of the equipment corroded, and a large number of accessories needed to be replaced when it was put back into use.
