The SDS7000A series high-resolution digital oscilloscope has a 12 bit vertical resolution, excellent background noise performance, and vertical measurement accuracy. It has a bandwidth of 2-8 GHz and a sampling rate of up to 20 GSa/s. It provides 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, with a storage depth of up to 1 Gpts/channel, which can meet the measurement requirements of higher bandwidth and higher accuracy. SDS7000A adopts SPO technology, with a waveform capture rate of up to 1 million frames per second and 256 levels of brightness and color temperature display; Innovative digital triggering system with high triggering sensitivity and low triggering jitter; Support rich intelligent triggering, serial bus triggering, and decoding; Support advanced analysis modes such as History mode, Sequence, template testing, search, navigation, waveform histogram, Bode plot, power analysis, eye and jitter analysis, protocol consistency analysis, etc; It has rich measurement and mathematical operation functions. The SDS7000A continues the excellent usability and user experience of the Dingyang oscilloscope, using a 15.6-inch capacitive touch screen that supports multiple gestures for commonly used waveform and menu operations. Combined with multiple one key operation buttons on the front panel, it greatly optimizes the efficiency of operating the oscilloscope; Supports external displays and mice, enables control through web access, supports a complete set of remote commands, is flexible to use, and can be applied to various application scenarios.

3、 Design Features
1. High and precise, analyzed to the truth
As the new flagship oscilloscope product of Dingyang Technology, the SDS7000A series has increased its bandwidth to 8GHz with a rise time of only 57ps, which is more than twice as fast as oscilloscopes with 4GHz bandwidth. It can support measuring signals such as USB2.0, SATA1, DDR1/2/3, and has more diverse application scenarios; At the same time, it adopts a brand new 15.6-inch high-definition touch screen, supporting split screen display function, with clear and reliable waveforms from the whole to the details, bringing a new measurement experience.
2. Comprehensive upgrade of processor
The SDS7000A, as a new flagship model, has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of its processor, upgrading from an embedded ARM processor to an X86 processor. This has greatly improved the system's response speed, measurement, computation, and analysis speed, leaving more possibilities for the expansion of software analysis functions in the future.
3、12-bit ADC, 16 times stronger signal resolution capability
At present, many mobile electronic product designs are developing towards low-power, low-voltage electronic systems, which also puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy of testing and measuring instruments such as digital oscilloscopes. The quantization error of a 12 bit high-resolution oscilloscope is 16 times smaller than that of a regular 8-bit oscilloscope, which can help engineers observe waveform details more completely and clearly, and perform more accurate waveform measurements.
4. Eye diagram and jitter analysis, assisting signal integrity analysis
As the core of signal integrity analysis in high-speed systems, eye diagram analysis can reflect the overall characteristics of digital signals transmitted on the signal link, observe the effects of inter symbol interference and noise, and evaluate the quality of the system. Jitter analysis can measure various jitter parameters of signals and decompose jitter based on TIE data, analyzing various jitter components in both time and frequency domains. The bandwidth of 8GHz enables eye diagram and jitter analysis to meet more testing scenarios, such as LVDS and MIPI signal testing.

6. Protocol Consistency Analysis
SDS7000A currently supports multiple protocol consistency tests such as USB 2.0, 100 BASE-TX, 1000 BASE-T, 100 BASE-T1, and 1000 BASE-T1. These consistency testing and analysis functions can help engineers conduct electrical performance and functional testing before large-scale production, thereby ensuring product quality and reliability. The consistency analysis solution launched by Dingyang Technology can perform single or multiple tests, show users how to connect the oscilloscope and the tested equipment, automatically set up the oscilloscope for each test item, display detailed information of each item that has been tested and generate HTML or XML test reports through standards.

5、 Real time spectrum analysis
The SDS7000A oscilloscope integrates RTSA function, supports real-time spectrum analyzer (RTSA) and digital down conversion (DDC) functions in spectrum analysis mode, and integrates signal analysis software SigVSA on the device, which can directly analyze the output data of DDC. The supported signal types range from simple BPSK to complex broadband signals, such as 4G LTE, 5G NR, IEEE802.11b/a/g/n/ac/ax/be, and 4096QAM, and has density map, spectrum monitoring, 3D map, 3D map+spectrum monitoring, density map+spectrum monitoring display mode, solving the need for simultaneous time-frequency domain analysis in wireless communication, IoT, and high-speed digital circuits, and reducing equipment costs.
