1. Overview
The CWT PEM probe Mini50HF is a special version of the CWT MiniHF series. The CWT Mini50HF is optimized for faster switching devices such as SiC, with a high-frequency bandwidth of 50MHz (-3dB) and a 100mm coil, with a thickness of only 3.5mm (2kV peak damage) or 4. 5mm (5kV peak damage)CWT Mini offers two types of insulation voltages: peak voltage of 2kV, cross-sectional diameter of 3.5mm, peak voltage of 5kV, diameter of 4.5mm, with a high-frequency (-3dB) bandwidth of 20MHz.

3. Main features of CWT Mini50HF:

(1) The CWTMiniHF with a cutoff frequency of 50MHz and a high frequency (-3dB) has two main market advantages compared to the current CWTMini50HF:
