Indicator light description:

1. Green light - [Power indicator light]: This light is on when the instrument power is turned on.

2. Yellow light - [running indicator light]: This light is on when the instrument is running during testing, and it will automatically turn off after the test is completed.

1. Before each startup, the instrument needs to be preheated for 30 minutes. The specific preheating steps are as follows:

2. Take an appropriate amount (plastic sample) and place it on the testing workbench. Click on to view the sample placement and click on the toolbar

Set preheating time (1800) seconds. Click [Measure Cr Cl in Plastic] to measure the curve. Click the start button

[] Enter sample information (any input), click OK to start preheating measurement (yellow light on), wait for 1800 seconds for the testing time to end, and this preheating is complete.

After each startup or before measuring the product (after the instrument testing program software is closed and then opened), a pure silver calibration plate must be used for initialization calibration. Only after this action is successfully completed can the next step of operation be continued. The specific initialization steps are as follows:

After successful initialization, the status bar should display "1105" channel, otherwise it needs to be reinitialized until it meets the requirements.
