The basic composition and working spectral range of agricultural hyperspectral cameras
Date: 2025-09-12Read: 0
Agricultural hyperspectral cameraIt developed on the basis of aerial cameras. Multispectral photography refers to the extension of visible light to both infrared and ultraviolet directions, and the combination of various filters or spectrometers with multiple photosensitive films to simultaneously receive information radiated or reflected by the same target in different narrow spectral bands, thus obtaining several photos of the target in different spectral bands.
1: The basic components of agricultural hyperspectral cameras are:
1. The optical system can image within various spectral ranges and effectively control stray light, which is an important part that plays a decisive role in determining the range and resolution of the working spectral range. It can also set the working focal length, field of view size, and other parameters.
2. Control and information processor oversee the entire work process, collect image data, and store it.
3. The thermal control device consists of a temperature controller, insulation material, radiator, thermal control coating, etc.
4. Other structural objectives, circuit systems, detectors, and other spare parts.
2: The working spectral range of agricultural hyperspectral cameras:
1. For example, when conducting vegetation surveys, the visible light band of vegetation is more sensitive to green and has weaker reflections for red and blue.
2. Compared to the visible light band, vegetation has strong reflection characteristics in the near-infrared band, and the spectral differences of most vegetation in the visible light band are very small. The spectral differences in the near-infrared band are greater, and the more obvious the spectral differences are, the more favorable it is for classification.
3. We know that pixels use complex atmospheric criteria to reconstruct the reflectance spectra and radiation spectra obtained from data analysis, and obtain different reflectance values for different substances, which are called spectral features. If there is sufficient spectral evidence, it can be used to identify specialized materials in the scene, including spectral range, width, and resolution.
4. Range refers to the spectral range from which the camera obtains images, and the width of the spectral range reflects the requirements of the spectral range setting. By measuring the spectral characteristics of substances in the atmosphere and the spectral response of sensors, absorption and scattering in the atmosphere must be considered.
3: Optical system:
1. An optical system refers to a system composed of multiple optical elements such as lenses, mirrors, prisms, and apertures arranged in a certain order. Usually used for imaging or optical information processing.
2. An optical system composed of two or more refractive (or reflective) spheres with their centers of curvature on the same straight line is called a coaxial spherical system, and the straight line where the centers of curvature are located is called the optical axis. The parameters include focal length, field of view angle, relative aperture, etc.
