Parameter setting definition and description
● Initial voltage: The initial voltage during the PDIV testing process;
Termination voltage: The termination voltage during the PDIV testing process;
Step voltage: The voltage amplitude that rises each time during the PDIV process;
Step interval: the time interval between each voltage rise;
Duration: The duration for which the current voltage is maintained (AC PD is effective);
● Pulse frequency: The number of pulses that are impacted at each voltage (pulse PD is effective);
Discharge threshold: The criterion for determining effective partial discharge, and exceeding the threshold is considered an effective partial discharge;
Frequency threshold: The criterion for determining the occurrence of partial discharge voltage. If the threshold is exceeded, it is considered that effective partial discharge has occurred at the current voltage
PDIV threshold: The criterion for determining whether PDIV is qualified. If it exceeds this value, PDIV testing is qualified. If it falls below this value, PDIV testing is unqualified;
PDEV threshold: The criterion for determining whether PDEV is qualified. If it exceeds this value, PDEV testing is qualified. If it falls below this value, PDEV testing is unqualified;

1. Architectural advantage: Integrated partition modular architecture.
Based on the modular architecture concept of automobile manufacturing, the internal design includes high-voltage modules, low-voltage modules, and switching modules, each with independent microcontroller control operation. The power system uses AC/DC and DC/DC high-voltage isolation technology, and the low coupling module design has high reliability and standardization.
2. Material advantages: safety isolation, relay switching
The switch circuit and isolation coupling circuit of each module use high-voltage isolation optocouplers above 5000V to achieve good isolation and interference suppression, avoiding the crosstalk of board components. Adopting a high-voltage relay with imported 10kV or above reed switches as contacts, the reed switches are sealed in inert gas to avoid problems such as contact oxidation, carbonization, and adhesion, ensuring a service life of billions of times.
3. Process advantages: Imported automated surface mount machine, self-developed testing system for the entire process, and a complete quality management system.
We use Siemens' self purchased and imported high-performance and high-precision fully automatic surface mount machine to accurately and non destructively mount components onto PCB circuit boards, with higher reliability. Based on years of R&D experience in the instrument industry, we have independently developed and designed a comprehensive quality management system for various process inspection and testing systems, including board inspection, finished product inspection, and final product inspection.
