1Test procedure

1．Cleaning the condenser tube: Before the experiment, first use a cleaner to clean the condenser tube, and it is recommended to clean it twice;

2．Prepare oil sample: Use a measuring cylinder to prepare 100ml of oil sample and pour it into a flask;

3．Install steam temperature sensor or dry point sensor onto the flask;

4．Place the flask in the heating chamber and adjust the height of the heating furnace to the appropriate position;

5．Place the guide vane on the measuring cylinder and place the measuring cylinder in the recovery chamber. Cover the cylinder with a lid and close the chamber door;

6．Click the experiment button to open the experiment interface, select the corresponding distillation program, and enter the relevant information for the experiment;

7．Click to start the experiment, wait for the cooling to reach the condition to automatically start the experiment, or directly click the "Start" button;

IIDistillation Procedure

When the initial distillation time is too long during the experimental process, increase the initial heating temperature and distillation heating temperature at intervals of 10 ℃; At the beginning, the boiling point time was too short, so the initial heating temperature and distillation heating temperature were reduced, with an increase interval of 10 ℃;

2. When the final boiling point time is too long or too high, it can be appropriately reduced before heating adjustment; On the contrary, increase the maximum and adjust the heating accordingly;

3. Other parameters can be set by the operator according to their needs. In addition, when creating or editing distillation time, they must go to the interface of Management ->Distillation Program; If you want to check the distillation program before the experiment, you can directly view it on the experiment preparation interface.

IIIPrecautions

1．Before each experiment, the condenser tube must be cleaned and the heating support plate must be confirmed to be correct;

2．Before the experiment, the flask, measuring cylinder, and sample must not contain water, otherwise dehydration treatment must be carried out;

3．After preparing the sample, it is necessary to clean the wall of the graduated cylinder and place the scale line facing outward from the recovery chamber door when placing the graduated cylinder. Additionally, it is important to note that the position of the guide vanes should not obstruct the droplet detection sensor;

4．Do not let strong sunlight shine on the instrument recycling room, otherwise it will affect the instrument detection;

5．Before starting the experiment, the remaining liquid volume in the measuring cylinder must be less than the "Start Detection Volume" (Management ->System Configuration), otherwise it will cause abnormal testing;

6．Before starting the experiment or diagnosing the liquid level, the liquid level tracker must be reset to its initial position.

Attachment: Instrument reset steps:

1．Cover the lower limit of the recycling room with a small flathead screwdriver (the green circuit board on the lower right side of the recycling room has a black slot shaped component on it, cover the middle of the slot shaped component with a flathead screwdriver, and be sure to always cover it);

2．At the same time, under the system software diagnosis, click on "liquid level detection", and the interface will immediately display a volume exceeding 100ml;

3．Take out a straight screwdriver and calibrate the volumes of 5ml and 100ml;

4．Click on the system software”management”->System Settings "will pop up a window, click the" OK "button directly;

5．Shut down and restart the instrument
